Jay Said:

I am intending to start ACCA studies after MA can any professional guide me about that?

We Answered:

The big difference between being a Chartered Account and a Certified Chartered accountant is where you you plan to work - ACCA is recognized in the UK but to work in the US you would need CPA and in most of Europe CIPA/CPA or in some case CA - all of them however will give you exposure to International Accounting Standards - which is key to any accounting job globally - see the site below for more concrete answers

I want to know something about CPA (Certified Public Accounting)?

We Answered:

I think it differs depending on what state you live in. However, I think this is how it is in GA.

To become a CPA you need 150 hours of college credit.

Of the 150, 30 hours has to be accounting classes above principles courses.

Then you need to take the CPA exam, which has four parts. They are business environments and concepts, regulation, financial accounting, and auditing.

Can i trust online study or distance learning that held by many universities ?

We Answered:

In this day in age online study is just as good as on campus studies. I earned my bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Business and 4 languages all online and finished them all in allot less time than on campus. And most business is finding online studies as an advantage because the student can also get his work experience on top of the education. As example doing my studies online I also worked for a multi-billion dollar company. With all that experience I’m only 20 years old and I make $225,000 a year which however I started my studies early at age 18. Very important however to make sure the school is accredited that makes a world difference. Good Luck!!!
